The best thing to do for it is elevate the extremity as much as possible during the day and sleep with your leg on pillows elevated above your heart. The most common cause of these symptoms is not following the aftercare instructions.

You will be advised to continue with the laser gel for the next week. As a result superficial blisters containing water and ink may appear. Swelling below the treatment area is a recognized effect of the laser. This will help the fluid flow back into your core and reduce swelling.

The picosure laser breaks up the large tattoo ink particles into smaller pieces so that the body s immune system can remove it. Think of the untreated tattoo ink as ink rocks. Clinical data shows better clearance in fewer treatments. After your session laser gel will be applied to the treatment area.

Blistering during the removal process the laser will heat up ink particles in your skin which can cause tiny blood vessels to break around the tattoo. Often patients have concerns about blisters and swelling following their laser tattoo removal treatment.
